In partnership with 100Pay, RAP is designed to reward realtors and aspiring property owners with structured, secure, and affordable access to real estate ownership in high-growth areas.
Who can participate?
This opportunity is exclusively open to realtors and anyone who dreams of becoming one. RAP provides detailed real estate lectures and onboarding guides for both beginners and veterans, making it an ideal entry point into the property market.
Is there a time frame for the ₦400,000 payment?
- Yes, the ₦400,000 entry fee is spread across four months, payable at ₦100,000 per month.
What happens after paying the ₦400,000?
Once your ₦400,000 is fully paid:
- A 100pay digital wallet will be created for you.
- Once you commence the balance payment, you will receive your land allocation documents after an 8-month moratorium.
Is there a payment plan for the remaining balance?
Yes, after paying the initial ₦400,000:
- You’ll receive an 8-month moratorium (no payments required during this period).
- After the moratorium, the ₦3.6 million balance plus 25% interest will be spread across 36 months at ₦125,000 per month.
Why the moratorium?
The moratorium serves two purposes:
- To give realtors time to plan through their business to fund the payment plan actively.
- To allow RealtorsFirst time to secure lands from its estates and partner estates based on the number of onboarded realtors.
Is there insurance backing our payments?
Yes, all payments made through the RAP platform are fully insured with a Mortgage Protection Plan thereby offering peace of mind throughout your journey to land ownership.
How secure is our money?
All transactions are processed via 100pay’s secure wallet system, backed by insurance and regulatory oversight to ensure your funds are well-protected.
Where are the lands located?
Lands are allocated in verified partner estates located within and around Abuja
What is 100pay’s role in RAP?

Can I refer others to RAP?
